Who we are
Zero Runway is developed by Sam Larsen-Disney. These terms cover this website, the free demo and the game licence offered through this website.

The game and your licence
Zero Runway is a downloadable single-player game. A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to download and play the full game. It does not transfer ownership of the game, artwork or code. You must not sell or redistribute the full game or share your licence credentials. Rights permitted by applicable law are unaffected.
The free demo is separate from the full game and does not require activation. Check the download page for supported platforms and compatibility information before buying.
Beta access and compatibility
Where the product page identifies the game as a beta, you are buying the current beta, updates during the beta and the finished version when released, as described on that page. A beta may contain bugs and may change during development. This does not exclude your statutory rights or excuse a failure to provide what was described at purchase. No release date is promised unless expressly stated.
The downloadable game supports Windows and macOS. Check the current compatibility information on the download page and try the free demo on your computer. Internet access is required to purchase, download, activate and periodically refresh the full-game licence.
Purchases and payment
The full game is offered as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The checkout displays the currency, applicable tax and final total before you pay. No purchase is available until checkout is enabled.
Paddle acts as merchant of record for purchases through this website and handles payment, applicable sales taxes and payment receipts. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Digital delivery and activation
After payment has been confirmed and processed, the purchase-complete page provides your game licence and download access, and we send the licence key to your purchase email address. Delivery can be delayed while payment or email processing completes. Save your key securely. The browser’s purchase-session access lasts seven days; you can use a saved key or request recovery to the original purchase email afterwards. If delivery fails or you lose access, contact support with your order reference. Do not send full payment-card details or passwords.
Each full-game licence allows activation on up to three computers for your personal use. An internet connection is required for the first activation. Each successful activation or refresh provides up to 60 days of offline access on that computer. The game attempts to refresh its licence when online; once offline access expires, you must reconnect successfully before continuing to play the full game. Keep your computer’s date and time correct so the licence can be validated.
You can deactivate a computer to release its licence slot without deleting your saved games. If an old computer is unavailable or activation fails, contact support. The privacy policy explains the device identifier and activation records used for this process.
Digital delivery and cancellation
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, it is not lost merely by reading or accepting these terms. For immediate digital delivery, loss of that right requires your express consent to supply during the cancellation period and your acknowledgement that the right will be lost when supply begins, together with any confirmation required by law. Where those requirements have not been met, applicable withdrawal rights remain. Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed content are unaffected.
Refunds and consumer rights
Our refund policy explains how to request help or a refund and how digital-content cancellation rights apply. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content.
A full refund ends the licence associated with that purchase and revokes access to full-game downloads, new activations and licence refreshes. You must stop using the refunded full game. An already-issued offline token may remain technically valid until it expires, but it does not extend your right to use a refunded licence.
Using the website
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the website or bypass purchase and download controls. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service against misuse. This does not remove any rights or remedies you have under applicable law.
Privacy and changes
Our privacy policy describes how we process personal information. We may update these terms and will publish the revision date here. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
